‡Getting Started: Initial Query (IQ) and Manuscript Preparation

Technical requirements for IQ preparation   Authors interested in submitting work to The FASEB Journal must submit an IQ. This page contains a checklist of items needed to complete the online IQ.

Technical requirements for manuscript preparation   After the initial review, authors will receive a reply indicating whether they should submit the entire manuscript for formal review. This page contains specifications for text and figure preparation.

Finalizing your manuscript for publication   Authors whose manuscripts are accepted for publication will need to provide, via the online submission system, electronic publication-quality figures and text files, as well as fax or mail signed copyright transfer and cost approval forms to the production office prior to publication.
