  Glomeruli A_2AR expression is modified by A_2AR agonist and antagonist in anti-GBM GN. Immunohistochemical staining of A_2AR demonstrates that the treatment with CGS21680 increases expression of A_2AR in glomeruli of rats with anti-GBM glomerulonephritis compared to the glomeruli of control rats. In contrast, in rats treated with ZM241385 we found decreased expression of A_2AR. Normal glomeruli do not express A_2AR (right panel).
