Effect of oral vaccination with AAV/Aβ at the age of 10 months on anti-human Aβ antibodies titers in Tg2576 mice (13 months old). The titer of anti-human Aβ antibody in serum was measured on 13 months after birth. Values indicate the mean ± s.e.mean (naïve Tg2576 mice, n=14; AAV/control-treated, Tg2576 mice, n=14; AAV/Aβ-treated, Tg2576 mice, n=14). Results with the one-way ANOVA were: F(2,39)=22.99, p< 0.01, **p<0.01 vs naive Tg2576 mice. ##p<0.01 vs. AAV/control-vaccinated, Tg2576 mice. The isotypes of anti-human Aβ antibody were identified by ELISA as IgG1κ and IgG2bκ. con: AAV/control vaccination, Aβ: AAV/Aβ vaccination, Tg2576: APP transgenic mice.
