We regret our oversight in failing to cite the manuscript by Dr. Swijnenburg and colleagues. It is clearly relevant to our work in transplantation of undifferentiated embryonic stem cells. Our original manuscript was submitted in July 2005, while their paper was published in August 2005. In preparing our de novo resubmission in July 2006 we missed this paper. This serves as a reminder of the importance of doing a careful literature review before final publication.
We appreciate this opportunity to acknowledge the relevance of the manuscript by Dr. Swijnenburg and colleagues. We hope this forum will draw readers attention to their work.
