SB-mediated long-term hIDO transgene expression in vitro. 293T cells transfected with pMSZ-hIDO/pTRUF-hSB17 contained a high level of IDO activity throughout the experimental period (3 wk), while those cotransfected with the nonfunctional transposase pTRUF-mSB showed no detectable hIDO protein by 2 wk after transfection.
