Figure 2. Ladostigil and TV3279 decreased holo-APP levels. A) SK-N-SH cells were incubated with FS for 1 or 5 d and treated without (cont.) or with increasing concentration of ladostigil or TV3279. Protein levels of holo-APP in cell lysates were examined by immunoblotting analysis, using monoclonal antibody (mAb) 22C11. The loading of the lanes was normalized to levels of ß-Actin. Densitometric analysis of Western blot obtained from three independent experiments, and data are expressed as mean ± SEM; *P < 0.01, **P < 0.001 vs. control.
