B-Cry, and wtHSP27 in doubly transfected COS-7 cells 24 h after transfection. The AAFE was determined in cells coexpressing wtHSP22-CIT (open columns), K141EHSP22-CIT (gray columns), or K141NHSP22-CIT (solid columns) with HSP20-CFP, B-Cry-CFP, and wtHSP27-CFP. All sample values were significantly different from the negative control (expression of CIT and CFP).
