Supplemental Data
Files in this Data Supplement:
Supplemental Figure 1
-
(SuppFig1.ppt; 615 KB) Supplement to Figure 1A and 1B, showing individual immunoflourescence panels, dynamin-2 in red and KDR in green.
Supplemental Figure 2
-
(SuppFig2.ppt; 1.71 MB) Supplement to Figure 2A, 2B and 2C, showing individual immunoflourescence panels, EEA-1 in red and KDR in green. Supplement to Figure 2D and 2E, showing individual immunoflourescence panels, caveolin in red and KDR in green.
Supplemental Figure A
-
(SuppFigA.ppt; 43 KB) Western blot for KDR was done from lysates prepared from HUVECs infected with control vector (CV), WT dynamin-2 or the K44A adenovirus. A lower molecular weight band approx 130 kDa was observed for the K44A mutant lane that was absent from the other lysates. This presumably is a degradation product of KDR.
Supplemental Figure B
-
(SuppFigB.ppt; 64 KB) Fold increase in number of HUVECs expressing dyn2-WT or dyn2-K44A after 24 h stimulation with bFGF (BF) or VEGF (VF). Control represents unstimulated cells.
