These data are provided as a zip file for downloading and decompressing. (The first page of these data is also shown as Fig.4.) Trend data not easily captured in the correlation diagrams is shown here. Image (PDF) files show fold-change plots of gene expression for the most strongly drug-affected genes while the corresponding "key" (HTML) files tabulate the gene information, including Genbank ID and gene names for each of the genes. Note that not only simple dose-response trends, but also more complex ones are highly similar in shape between the two treatments (e.g. Xenopus "inhib" genes ranked 9 and 57), although there are also some that are quite divergent (e.g. Xenopus "stim" genes 12 and 13).
