The following table lists the quantitative fatty acid data in mouse liver phospholipid classes, expressed in nMoles for each metabolite/gram of tissue. An equivalent number of mice were examined per dietary group: Control mice (#1-5), FUNGAL (#6-10), FISH (#11-15), and FUNGAL+FISH (#16-20). For technical reasons, the PS/PI pool for mouse 19 was not quantified. Abbreviations: FUNGAL, arachidonate-enriched fungal oil; FISH, fish oil; dm, demethylated; t, trans.
